We confirm the ranks and experience an operator needs for each assignment and keep seafarers informed about what they need to prepare before joining.

What we do
Crewing support from the initial request through to joining.
Seafarer Documentation
We help seafarers prepare the certificates and supporting documents needed to join a vessel. We check what has been received and follow up on missing items before departure.
Departure Coordination
We coordinate joining dates and travel details with the crew, vessel operator and shore teams. We communicate schedule changes and confirm the arrangements before departure.
